What is included in the advertised price ?

The prices indicated are all charges included.

Are included :
the supply of bed linen and towels, tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning.

There is therefore no additional charge.

What are the steps to know regarding the payment of your stay ?

You must pay a deposit (25%) at the time of booking.
This payment confirms your reservation.

The balance is to be paid 30 days before the start of the stay.

A deposit in the amount of 400.00 euros must be paid upon handing over the keys ( a payment receipt will be given to you ). This deposit is returned to the tenant on the day of departure in accordance with the conditions of the contract.

The different means of payment : bank transfer, PayPal®.

For information: any costs related to transactions of the type, bank transfers or PayPal®, will remain the responsibility of the customer.

When am I informed that my reservation is confirmed ?

Once we receive your reservation request, we check that the apartment is available on the dates requested.

After this check, if the apartment is available, we will send you by e-mail the payment schedule as well as all the information useful for your future stay.

Once we receive your first payment corresponding to 25% of the total amount as well as the return of the signed seasonal rental contract, we will send you a booking confirmation by e-mail.
